Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time/temporary positions in Mesa's healthcare, retail, and administrative sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and reference checks to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Coordinate onboarding processes including background checks and document verification
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate database updates and applicant tracking system maintenance
- Facilitate seamless placement logistics including scheduling and communication between candidates and clients
- Analyze staffing trends to optimize recruitment strategies and fill rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in HR/Business preferred
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Detail-oriented organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for candidate/client meetings
- Familiarity with Mesa's local business landscape a plus
