Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses across retail, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Manage candidate pipeline using our ATS system, ensuring timely communication
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for temporary and contract positions
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools and client needs
- Conduct weekly outreach to passive candidates through LinkedIn and professional networks
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for key clients
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Deep understanding of Long Beach's local business landscape preferred
