Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions via job boards and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
- Track recruitment metrics and submit weekly activity reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
