Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and preferences
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Provide exceptional candidate support throughout the application and onboarding process
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven track record in relationship building and client management
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
