Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media platforms
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Match candidates with client requirements while ensuring compliance with employment regulations
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with both active candidates and passive talent
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local Albuquerque job market preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with ability to represent agency brand effectively
