Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client companies
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS with precision and efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at SF tech and startup clients
- Conduct preliminary skills assessments and cultural fit evaluations
- Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of San Francisco's talent market preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
