Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary, part-time, and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier San Diego employers to understand staffing needs
- Post compelling job descriptions on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients with exceptional precision
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems while ensuring data accuracy
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in San Diego's job market
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize staffing strategies and fill positions rapidly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of San Diego's labor market and key industries (tech, healthcare, hospitality)
