Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time and contract positions
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and pipeline updates
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-priority roles
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of Minnesota employment regulations
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
