Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates for diverse part-time positions across industries
- Build and nurture relationships with key hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding including background checks and documentation
- Conduct virtual interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain candidate pipeline health
- Generate weekly placement reports and performance analytics for stakeholders
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination experience
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with multicultural fluency
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
