Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and part-time positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate profiles and job postings in our applicant tracking system
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and job seekers
- Track recruitment metrics and report weekly performance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license (client visits required)
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
