- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Assist with payroll documentation and compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
