Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify incoming resumes to build a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate onboarding paperwork and background check processes.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and feedback.
- Assist in the organization of recruitment events and career fairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative support, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
