Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across various industries
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new placements
- Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to team goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Flexibility to cover occasional evening or weekend client meetings
