Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and documentation of new candidate applications, resumes, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate availability and status updates.
- Support the recruiting team with data analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ATS software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet business needs.
