- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates with precision
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and job seekers
- Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for temporary placements
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
- Track key performance metrics and provide weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in recruitment, HR, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license (client site visits required)
- Available 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
