Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for tech and administrative roles across Silicon Valley
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide real-time updates to candidates and clients
- Utilize ATS systems to track pipeline metrics and ensure timely placement
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and behavioral assessments
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment databases
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license for local client visits
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education/experience
