Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and part-time positions across diverse industries
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates via phone/video
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS database
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in San Diego
- Collaborate with sales team to match candidates with client requirements
- Prepare weekly staffing reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or related customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of San Diego's local job market preferred
