Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and creative sectors
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational culture
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data with precision and confidentiality
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in Portland's competitive market
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Portland's job market and key industry sectors
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings for candidate/client coordination
