Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and part-time positions across Pennsylvania
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and applicants via phone/email
- Update applicant tracking system with candidate qualifications and availability
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for qualified candidates
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Prepare onboarding documents for placed candidates
- Track staffing metrics and report weekly performance to the recruitment manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in HR or related field preferred
- 1+ years of recruitment, staffing, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (client site visits required)
- Available 20-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
