Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary and contract positions
- Conduct interviews and skills assessments for client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for talent pipeline management
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment/staffing or related HR experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of North Carolina labor laws preferred
