- Screen, interview, and onboard temporary candidates for diverse industry assignments
- Coordinate staffing schedules across healthcare, finance, tech, and administrative sectors
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Build strategic partnerships with NYC-based hiring managers
- Process payroll and benefits for temporary workforce
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent agency at industry networking events in Manhattan
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong knowledge of NYC employment regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) preferred
