Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for part-time and temporary positions across diverse industries
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses seeking staffing solutions
- Conduct onboarding sessions for placed candidates
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new client opportunities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of California labor laws preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Reliable transportation for client meetings
