Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license (client site visits required)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of local job market preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
