Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for diverse part-time roles in retail, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments for temporary positions
- Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly reports to management
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local Albuquerque job market preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for client meetings
