Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews
- Manage applicant tracking system data entry and maintenance
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Assist with job posting optimization across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
