Responsibilities
- Support Recruitment Operations: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Conduct Screenings: Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule & Coordinate: Manage interview schedules and coordinate logistics for candidate visits.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients to manage expectations.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office duties and assist in organizing recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or staffing is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
