Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across Denver's key industries
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems while maintaining accurate data records
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates to ensure seamless transitions
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong active listening abilities
- Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills in managing multiple priorities
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
