Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Manage candidate pipelines through our proprietary ATS system and maintain accurate records
- Build and nurture relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential placements
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new temporary employees
- Track placement metrics and contribute to weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies for seasonal and project-based roles
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Ohio labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and KPIs
