Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS platform
- Facilitate onboarding processes for temporary placements

- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies

Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Washington state driver's license (client site visits)
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Background in tech or creative industries preferred
