Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Bay Area job market dynamics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
