Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across tech, marketing, and administrative roles
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates via phone and email
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in San Francisco's job market
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary placements
- Collaborate with recruiters to fill urgent client requests within tight deadlines
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of San Francisco's labor market and key industries
- Professional demeanor when interacting with high-profile clients and candidates
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
