Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and part-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Post job openings and manage candidate applications through our ATS platform
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for qualified candidates
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for successful hires
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly performance reports
- Assist with marketing initiatives to attract top-tier talent
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing/recruitment or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of local Phoenix job market preferred
- Flexible availability including some evenings/weekends
