Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for part-time positions across retail, hospitality, and administrative sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS and maintain accurate job requisitions
- Coordinate onboarding for temporary staff and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Assist with payroll processing and time tracking for temporary placements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
