Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and part-time positions across diverse industries
- Match qualified candidates with client requirements using our proprietary ATS platform
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new temporary hires
- Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with team members to fill urgent staffing requests
- Track key metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
