Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruitment tools
- Conduct behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client partners
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS system
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for high-demand industries
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2+ years in recruitment/staffing
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and relationship building
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM-CP certification preferred
