Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across various industries
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS system and coordinate interview logistics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in El Paso region
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates and ensure smooth transitions
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience
- Represent Pioneer Staffing at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits
- Knowledge of local El Paso job market and industry landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Spanish fluency highly valued for serving diverse candidate pool
