Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client companies with precision
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with EEO regulations
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
- Generate weekly performance reports and staffing trend analytics for clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruitment, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of Michigan labor laws and staffing industry best practices
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly with some evening/weekend flexibility
