Responsibilities
- Conducting initial phone screens and resume reviews to identify top talent for our clients.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines through social media and networking platforms.
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (for local client visits).
