- Utilize ATS software to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Assist in the creation of compelling job descriptions and market positioning strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in HR or Business is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
