Responsibilities
- Source and Screen: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate face-to-face interviews efficiently.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn).
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and hitting targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when necessary.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
