Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in Fort Worth to understand their staffing needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into temporary and contract roles.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate time tracking and process payroll to guarantee our staff receive their daily pay on time.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage shift scheduling and coordinate with workers to ensure 100% attendance and compliance.
- Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions to onboard new hires and explain our benefits and pay structure.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Fort Worth, TX.
