Job Overview:
In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, helping local businesses find the skills they need and job seekers find careers they love.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential talent for our client base.
- Communicate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and manage the hiring timeline.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client visits in El Paso).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
