Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including posting job ads and managing job boards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and culture.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment metrics accurately.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screenings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and networking.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for client visits.
