Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Assist in developing and posting job descriptions to attract top talent in the Tampa market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
