Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing schedules efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with market research to identify emerging talent trends in the Houston area.
- Administer and score pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Attend local networking events and job fairs to represent the brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site meetings.
