Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing of qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Screen and interview applicants to assess skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a superior candidate experience.
- Post job descriptions and manage job boards to ensure maximum visibility.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and contract placements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
