Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Interviews: Perform in-depth phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement: Facilitate the placement process, including negotiation of offers and onboarding coordination.
- Admin: Update and manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Outreach: Utilize social media and networking strategies to attract passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficient in using HR software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Reliability: Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for occasional evening events or weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Location: Must reside in or around Albuquerque, NM.
