Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job applicants through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future open positions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding and employment verification.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
