Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various job boards and social media channels to identify and screen potential candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with prospective candidates.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide qualified candidates.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate databases, update ATS systems, and prepare offer letters.
- Job Posting: Assist in crafting and posting compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Availability: Must be available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
