Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Update candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) accurately.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to meet candidates and clients.
